This project explored the market opportunity for combining knowledge from social media with mobile network and behaviour information in order to provide deeper insights into customer segmentation and profiling. Vodera engaged with over a dozen European mobile operators to examine new services for engaging and serving customers (e.g. tiered services and pricing) not just via messaging but also via social media and other channels.
